Breakfast is served at the large oak table in the dining area of the guest lounge between 07:30 – 09:00 (earlier by arrangement). |
A self-service selection of the following is available on a daily basis:
- cereals
- fresh fruit
- coffee (including de-caffeinated)
- tea (including de-caffeinated / fruit)
- fruit juice
- bread
- toast
- preserves
A continental style breakfast is available mid-week which may include cooked meats and cheeses, rolls and pastries, yoghurt and fruit.
Week-ends:
In addition to hot porridge, a cooked breakfast is offered at week-ends featuring eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, black/fruit pudding, baked beans, potato scones.
Vegetarian alternatives can be provided (please advise us of your requirements at time of booking)
- where possible, eggs are sourced from the village / farms within a three mile radius
- delicious sausages and bacon are purchased from our local butcher – we believe you will taste the difference!
Evening Meals
We would be happy to advise you of local places to eat, many of whom use predominantly locally sourced ingredients. The Kintyre area is well-known for its fresh seafood, and many establishments are members of The Seafood Trail
